WGBC Welcomes Taylor M. Arri to the Firm

October 12, 2020

White, Graham, Buckley & Carr LLC is pleased to announce that it has welcomed Taylor M. Arri to the firm as an associate.

Arri, who previously worked for the firm as a law clerk during law school, handles employment law, personal injury and medical malpractice, general commercial and class action cases.

Her previous experience includes an eight-month internship with the Johnson County District Attorney’s Office in Olathe, Kansas. While there, she was responsible for her own caseload, averaging 80 criminal cases at one time. She was also able to try a jury trial from jury selection all the way to closing arguments, before graduating from law school. In addition, Arri has also held roles as an intern for the Honorable Judge Roseann Ketchmark, a U.S. District judge for the Western District of Missouri, and at two Kansas City-based law firms: Dollar, Burns & Becker and Dickerson Oxton, LLC.

Prior to attending law school, Arri worked as a nonresidential and sexual violence Victim Advocate and as a Volunteer Coordinator at True North of Columbia, a nonprofit agency providing emergency shelter, counseling and advocacy services for victims and survivors of partner and sexual violence.

Arri earned her legal degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Missouri-Columbia. During law school, Arri was a fierce believer in the trial advocacy program; she was selected to compete in the Top Gun competition for trial advocacy, which is reserved for the top 16 competitors in the country.
