WGBC’s $31.9 Million Settlement Featured in Missouri Lawyers Media’s Top Verdicts & Settlements for 2025

White, Graham, Buckley & Carr is pleased to announce that partners Bryan White and William Carr were recently featured in Missouri Lawyers Media’s (MLM) Top Verdicts & Settlements List for 2025. Their case, which settled for $31.9 million, ranked fourth in the top settlements in Missouri for 2025.

MLM tracks verdicts, settlements, judgments, arbitration awards and defense wins featuring Missouri-licensed attorneys, and the Top V&S List represents the largest cases finalized in Missouri courts reported for the 2025 calendar year.

WGB&C’s top-five Missouri settlement was Graves et al. v. CAM2 International, LLC et al., a class action case where White, Carr and co-counsel represented a consolidated group of consumers who alleged the a widely sold “303” Tractor Hydraulic Fluid did not meet equipment specifications and, when used in tractors and other vehicles, caused damages. After more than four years of multidistrict litigation, the nationwide settlement received preliminary approval in October 2024. Following a final fairness hearing, the Court gave the $31.9 million settlement final approval on March 27, 2025.

The settlement provided the class meaningful relief and avoided further potential costs and delays related to additional legal proceedings.

White and Carr have built a strong national specialty practice related to tractor hydraulic fluid litigation and have successfully represented multiple classes to obtain millions of dollars from claims related to alleged violations of state consumer protection law, breach of express warranty, breach of implied warranty, fraudulent misrepresentation, negligent misrepresentation and unjust enrichment involving these products.
