Carr, Graham, and White Named to Missouri Lawyers Media’s 2021 Top Judgments List

White, Graham, Buckley & Carr LLC is pleased to announce that partners William Carr, Gene Graham, and Bryan White have been named as honorees in Missouri Lawyers Media’s Top Verdicts & Settlements, a list that recognizes the top verdicts and settlements of 2021 on both the plaintiff and defense side. The attorneys were honored at the 2022 Missouri Lawyers Awards on January 27.

Carr, Graham, and White earned the No. 2 spot on the list and were recognized for their work in Hursh et al. v. DST Systems Inc. DST won an early dismissal of a class-action lawsuit, so the plaintiffs’ attorneys arbitrated each individual claim separately, this has been on-going for more than a year. They were joined by fellow counsel Ken B. McClain, Jonathan M. Soper, Chelsea McClain-Pierce and J’nan C. Kimak of Humphrey, Farrington & McClain in Independence; John M. Klamann and Andrew Schermerhorn of Klamann Law Firm in Kansas City; and George E. Kapke Jr. and Mike Fleming of Kapke & Willerth in Lee’s Summit.

The case was featured in a Missouri Lawyers Media article, Court’s Confirmation Signals Success for Hundreds of Claims, in December.
